Went there with my mom, the place was quiet and empty. Got things done really fast. Reception was friendly and accommodating. So was the radiologist.
They never send the result. Got MRI on oct 3. Called 10 times, emailed 6 Times. They play dumb, and point fingers to a non-existing department. Never go there if you actually want your MRI images. NEVER.
This is the worse place ever. I have no idea how they have patients. I went twice. My appointment was cancelled after waiting 2 hrs and the 2nd time I waited over an hour. It was also empty and the few ppl there just kept walking out. Horrible.
This area is a scam. Went for CD reports for my mom. They asked me for 5 dollar cash. I said I have to pay? She said yes and only by cash. After a few moment they said their system is down not working. So they can not give me any CD reports for memogram. Very unprofessional and it's not legal to take cash from a patient that way. Be aware of this place!! This is the most disgusting place I experienced.
Nice customer service. Few times they call and text. It’s nice place. Excellent setting area clean .But some of them worse behavior.disrespectful.
