Have your meat not dried up... :(
The breakfast is so worth the price, you get a ton of food and it is so delicious. I frequent here for lunch for their broiled chicken salad.. fresh and not sure if it's the chicken or the ranch dressing that is addicting and keeps me coming back. The staff is very friendly and I love going there
They take so long to make the food! Also, they completely disregard any customization (e.g. adding cheese), even though they charge you for it, and the person that is taking your order repeats what you said back to you correctly. Also, the hashbrowns and french toast are never cooked fully. It sucks that Apollo is one of the only breakfast places on this side of the freeway, but perhaps I should take the time that I would normally spend waiting in the driveway and go further east or west to somewhere else that doesn't have t... read more
Food is average at best, service is atrocious! Messed up my drive through order which happens, but when I went inside and they were planning to fix it 5 other groups ordered and were served and still I’m being ignored. Ended up having to leave to get to work so no food, no refund. I won’t be back & will be sure to tell as many of the 2500 people working at my job away about the issue.
Not good at reading when guest order sandwiches with no onions and they put onions. Also with only one person ahead and it takes them 30 minutes to get food out and food is cold

Today, as I was in the drive thru, I noticed the terrible condition in which the floors and surfaces were in. Should have been a HUGE red flag, since I promptly bit into a hunk of glass inside my oreo shake. When I called to notify them what happened, I was asked if I wanted a free shake instead. And then hung up on.
