I like everything about this Outpatient program except Mr. Melvin all the other staff members are nice to me. The food could be a little better, the salad had bad lettuce. My therapist is very sweet, he is young and you wouldn't think you could learn a lot from him but you really do and I am learning a lot. I would tell other people to come here.
I admitted a family member. We were told by staff he could check out within 72 hours but when he did they refused to release him

This place is a joke. My daughter went there and the experience was horrible. She was given the wrong meds twice. The staff that answers the phones are extremely rude and I had to speak with the director and basically tell him I was going to hire a lawyer and sue there ass because I felt like she was in danger there. Please do not send your love ones there, they will pay for what they did to my daughter. I had to put a 1 star because that was the only way I could write a review. They get 0 stars!!!!
The furniture was extremely uncomfortable the people in the halls were reasonably nice but the nurses were rude and abusive in the treatment verbally and withholding meds. Just nasty mean nurses. the response to the reviews are as genuine as the Christmas pictures they took of the patients in the welcoming place decorated for the holidays but it was the only time patients saw it . Where the patients were was in need of cleaning
