Our stay at Apollo Bay Motel and Apartments was excellent and very comfortable. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel at ease right away. It was also very well equipped, with a full kitchen setup and a nice round dining table, making it convenient for meals. The TV was large and comfortable to watch, with a good variety of channels for everyone to enjoy. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were very helpful. Due to the bushfires in January the hotel advised us not to stay the night we booked and promised us a refund of the room. We followed their advise and didn‘t stay in Apollo Bay that night. Unfortunately we still didn‘t receive the promised refund even after contacting the hotel several times about it. Very disappointing.
