I’ve been living here since 2022, moved to a different unit last year & planning to move very soon as I am dealing with a roach infestation. I’ve never dealt with this before & they do pest control once a month which to me isn’t enough because there are multiple people within the complex & in my building that has the same issue as I do right now. I have two small children and that’s no way to live.
i love 850 Richard’s road The Office people and the manager are very nice,kind and friendly, helpful These apartments are Niceee they always make sure they come and clean every unit and outside make sure there is no trash anywhere🥹maintenance people very nice they come and fix everything at the house manager and the staff also do An event every 2 weeks for The families and the kids just to make us happy 😊 very nice and sweet thank you so much for everything!
The Park at Richards Place has been a true blessing to me, the staff care always helpful, always attend to requests in a timely manner, and always working to make the community safe and create ways to come together as a community as well if your looking for great place look no further,Great staff,neighbors and peacful community!
I really loved my experience with the manager, Skye. I was treated with respect, kindness and professionalism. If you’re looking for an apartment, this is the place to look at. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable about your needs.
