Expensive medications compared to other places. Poor veterinary advice. Not sanitary conditions in the back during renovations. Worker was cutting drywall beside animal cages. No partition between where animals are being treated and construction is being done. 0/10, would not recommend.
This is the best vet ever - we just love Dr. Sood. The front staff are so nice and welcoming as well. Dr. Sood is so smart, gentle with my puppy, and so thoughtful/caring. Her bedside manner is what sets her apart from other animal clinics i have attended. Her comments and advice towards my puppy left me knowing she truly cares for these animals wellbeing. One time I was in and she was hugging and consoling another person who had brought in their animal. Overall I found she is patient, knowledgeable, empathetic and friendly.
I took my dog to Apollo Animal Hospital after he suddenly started vomiting and seemed very lethargic. I was quite worried, but the staff got us in quickly and were very understanding. The veterinarian did a thorough examination, explained what might be causing the problem, and recommended a treatment plan without making me feel pressured. We have known Dr. Renu for 17 plus years. She chooses her staff carefully. She is compassionate and caring - making sure we understand what our pup needs - checking before making any decisions We had four other vets prior to coming to Dr. Renu - but once you found the best...the Buck stops here. (Our pup name is Bucky)
