I don't know about you but this is one of the worst vet ever Been to in my life. Any time I've ever went there, I've only ever have problems. I have brought my pets just to have them come back ill or worse than when they have came in, and even this last time my sister went to bring her dog in, and she called them and said Hey, do you guys have time for me to come in today and they specifically said. River is always so happy to be here and loves Dr Renu so they definitely take care of your pets here.
Be very cautious with this place. In my experience, they push for the most expensive options and make it seem like everything is urgent or necessary, even when it may not be. I felt like I was being guided toward unnecessary tests and hospitalization, which quickly drove up the cost. It’s worth getting a second opinion and what they recommend here could potentially be handled elsewhere for far less, without all the added procedures. This place felt more focused on billing than genuinely helping.
We do not recommend Apollo Animal Hospital due to what we experienced as overly aggressive hospitalization and unnecessary treatment recommendations. Our cat, Gamma, suffered a tail injury after being bitten unexpectedly by another animal. We contacted several animal hospitals, and Apollo Animal Hospital was the only one able to offer an immediate appointment.
