Worked with Lora for pelvic floor physical therapy, both prenatal and postpartum. Was a wonderful and helpful experience. Extremely family friendly place for expecting or new mothers to be and their kids. Definitely recommend!
I highly recommend Apogee. Both of my shoulders had prior injuries and were keeping me up at night. I started therapy in November and they have done miraculous work as I no longer have pain. I am able to sleep through the night. They were very professional and diligent in delivering care.
I can’t rave enough about Apogee! I worked with Lora after my first baby and again during/after my second pregnancy. She helped me navigate some pelvic weaknesses and got me back lifting weights. Such kind people and a fun environment. I’ll never go anywhere else as long as they’re around.
