I am very disappointed in their (lack) of communication. I was working with Meredith on renting a property. After receiving the lease we had a question regarding my husbands job offer and the lease. She told us she would call us right back.. and never did. We then called to get an answer at least 5 or 6 times. Finally she had another older lady answer who was extremely insensitive to our situation. I’m sure they will try and dispute this review. Certainly has been a pleasure to deal with Apogee Real Estate for the past almost 4 years. Merideth and Joan have always been nice and helpful. They always took care of any maintenance that was needed in a timely matter and a pleasure to talk to. Thank you!!
This broker agency isn't the best at taking care of their residents and communicating with each other. During my time dealing with them, I had done everything they asked and taken care of what needed to be taken care of. Joan is not the person you want to talk to regarding your leasing if you so choose to lease with them because she doesn't listen to what you say and assumes that she can walk all over you.
