I am disappointed by how we were treated at this property. We were visiting Miami Beach on our day off with family and friends, including a one-year-old child and relatives visiting from out of town. It was an extremely hot day, and on our walk back to the car we briefly stopped near Apogee Condominium so our family could wait in the shade while my friend and I ran across the street to buy water and drinks. Emmanuel, the manager of security is very unprofessional. A thunderstorm rolled in and he kicked out people who were standing outside trying to find shelter, threatened to call the cops on them if they didn’t go back in the storm right away. Rude, power trip & needs to be let go ASAP
