I would highly recommend Apodaca's Glass. Hector was professional and provided prompt service. We had two oversized sliding doors that were extremely difficult to slide. Viktor came out, assessed the situation and remedied it by replacing the rollers. Now I can slide the doors so easily! Viktor was also very professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent service.

I live in Florida and my 85 year old mother lives in Surprise. I can't tell you the number of times she has been ripped off by companies and individuals doing work for her on her mobile home. Incredible service! We had a challenging situation with a big patio door broken by vandals, making an elderly man vulnerable. Apodaca's came out as soon as their work day allowed, and got the glass installed on a great time frame. Courteous and professional. Communicated well on what was needed to order and when it would arrive. I am an out of state (country) owner and they accommodated my payment methods (thank you!)

I called them for a quote on a broken sliding shower door and installation and they came out the next day for a free quote! They quoted me over $100 under the other 5 companies I called in my area. The glass came in quicker than the 3-5 days they told me it would take and they came the very next day to install it. They even informed about the flaws in my shower frame and recommended I get it fixed, These guys were fast, efficient and reasonably priced!

It was done over the phone got it all scheduled they called the day before to remind or confirm, got there before time and were done in no time. I was not home my boys were, they swore nobody showed up, the tech did his job cleaned up leaving area cleaner then he found it & and didn't disturb the boys playing video games lol! Customer service is appealing and a job done efficiently and professionally. I live opposite end of the world from them, that makes them an "exceptional" business.

Undecided on how to correct our window problem, we called Apodaca's Glass & Doors to give us advice on glass replacement . The company sent a young man, Victor Machardo, who explained what need to be done and gave us an excellent price. He was later the person who installed the new window and trim with efficiency and knowledge . We were so pleased with the service we recommended Victor and Apodaca's Glass & Doors to a friends with a similar problem.

Hector deserves a gold star for his customer service abilities. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I purchased 2 shower doors, and found a way to break one. Hector was able to get me another replacement within a few days, and it was perfect. Apodaca's will certainly get all my future glass needs.
