Very professional and welcoming! I felt comfortable throughout the entire process, and the follow up on my healing progress was great.
They absolutely didn't care about my needs at all. Had to get my tongue ring removed from the ER because they didn't put a big enough bar in and then went ahead and blocked me after I got upset for their mess up. Don't ever go here. Showed up for my appointment and they weren't even there, had to reschedule because I paid a deposit then ended up having the ball of my tongue ring stuck inside of the bottom of my tongue. Worst experience I've ever dealt with.
I just had my first experience with Sam, and it was the best experience I've had in a extremely long time! I had my nipples pierced and she did an amazing job. I couldn't be happier with them! I left there with no pain and very clear instructions on how to keep them clean. She offered me a 2 week check up which I think is absolutely amazing. I went there to get my 7 year old daughter’s ears pierced. She was so nervous but the piercer made her comfortable and at ease. The piercer was clean and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure my daughters ears are healing well. I will recommend her to my friends and family. Thanks so much.
