My daughter and I went and she was very unprofessional. Continually left us to deal with personal issues. Was late for our appointment and made us wait again during our appointment.no discounts or offers for her interruptions with our appointment. My sister went and was running late - called ahead - was about 5 min late and she kept the entire $50 deposit. I get it that you would take half but all of it. And so she tried to rebook but was gonna cost her another $25. Plenty of other places to go- beware!
Although my piercings were salvageable, Sam did not properly provide me nor the girl I got my piercings done with proper aftercare instructions following getting our piercings done. As far as I knew I was doing it correctly until they started getting irritated. When I did go to her with my concerns she refused to give me further instructions on how to care for them without me driving an hour to go see her as well as paying to get them checked on. I am so happy with my experience here. 10/10 so much love and care is provided for her clients, I will be coming back! If you want quality, this is where to go. The experience shows, I loved coming here and I’m so glad I did.
i got my ears pierced by dorian here and id just like to say he was an absolute delight! he was very informative and helpful, this was my first piercing and he made me feel comfortable the whole way through. i will definitely getting all my future piercings done here.
