Customer service not really good. Behave, act and sometimes speak like children. Piercing from Red Loon Tattoo & Piercing and Atomic Tattoo and Piercing in Edmonton are much better and more reliable. After all it's about trust in the work on your body and I don't feel I'm in good hands here. 3 stars is the highest I can give. If you had a better experience, congratulations.
Got 6 piercings in one sitting done by your Apprentice and she was amazing! Super fast, professional and basically painless
My friend went here to get a piercing and was pierced in a closet, the bar the piercer gave them was WAY to short and after like 24hour it was literally embedded in their lip. My friend wanted to come in the day after cause the piercing didn’t look good, even tho they clean it 3 times a day but was delayed to the next day by the piercer. my sister, friend, and i went to sam for some navel piercings today and she was amazing. I was super nervous myself, yet she was really good with letting us know what was going to be happening and aftercare info! i’ll definitely be going to sam if i need any more piercings🤍
