I dont know why they arent rated 5 starts , communication is top notch , the owner os very knowledgable and kind and accommodating , worked around my schedule and didnt once complain about the times ive had to change my appointment , her apprentice did my septum and did a phenomonal job , pain was literally a zero out of 10 and the centering was perfect , mostiqtio bites hurt more 🤣 recommending to everyone dont drive to Edmonton for a piercing come here they know what they are doing . Customer service not really good. Behave, act and sometimes speak like children. Piercing from Red Loon Tattoo & Piercing and Atomic Tattoo and Piercing in Edmonton are much better and more reliable. After all it's about trust in the work on your body and I don't feel I'm in good hands here. 3 stars is the highest I can give. If you had a better experience, congratulations.
