Super rude lady. My wife called in the night before this all happened and booked an appointment for 1pm she texted n told the lady she would be sending the deposit for the appointment at 7am and the lady told her “okay” so that would leave anyone under the assumption that her appointment is set in stone. She texts at 10 am to see if we could come in a little early and she was told that someone else had taken her spot n we would have to come in later, we live an hour n a half away from Leduc and we have a child. Had an great experience, I had a jewelry change for a piercing (that was performed at a different place out of town that was causing my nose piercing not to heal properly) she had a wide variety of beautiful jewelry to choose from, she was gentle and gave me thorough instructions on how to get my nose healed after putting in great quality jewelry and I will now only go here moving forward! Highly recommend!!

She takes great care in making sure everything is done safely and with precision. I felt completely at ease throughout the whole process.
