Dysfunctional medical office with zero patient follow up. I was referred to this office for a consultation. I was seen by the doctor fairly quickly who was prepped and ready for his big sales pitch. I agreed to be fitted for a mouth piece ( which the doctor insisted I very much needed). I was told they would run it by my insurance and get back to me. My 80yr old mom has been neglected and ignored by this office for 4 months and it wasn't until I went in personally that they called. Please don't bother going to this office. I also posted on yelp because I got a delightful call from this office because I'm telling the public the truth. Yeah, they don't like that. I also don't like it when I post the truth and a business gets threatened by that. Maybe that business shouldn't mess around with the elderly.
