I’ve been calling the office every week to make a follow up appointment. They don’t answer the phone. Finally got a call back today and they can’t see my child until Weds. I am on with that but she runs out of her Zoloft tomorrow. They said they would do a partial refill for 5 days if I pay them $25. What!?!? It doesn’t cost them a dime to refill for 5 days and it’s their own fault we couldn’t get an appt earlier. Definitely looking for a different drs office and reporting to the board.
