I would never recommend them. They lie to their tenants. they withhold information from their property owners. They use terrible vendors. Being in the real estate industry I have never seen such terrible service. Stay away.

Worst company to deal with constant harassment from the onsite manager just because he lost my my rent and has always held a grudge live anywhere else but here I’m currently submitting a case against them to orange housing department. I suggest if your having problems with them to document everything and submit to housing department . The property management refuses to help me get access to my parking space refuses to give receipts truly a awful company .
