An appalling experience - came on a weekend and there were only two staff while it was super busy. We wanted to exchange a gift and when we eventually got served, the lady did not really listen to our needs and focused on emphasising the return policy, and how they could not give us a gift voucher for the difference if we purchased something cheaper than the item we came to exchange (this is unheard of elsewhere).
