Extremely disappointing experience. They shipped my order with an incorrect postcode, which resulted in the parcel being delivered to the wrong location. The delivery photo clearly shows a place that is not my address. I have also confirmed with the courier that the incorrect postcode was provided at the time of shipment, so the error was clearly on their end. As I was leaving, I was asked to show my other hand in a way that felt abrupt and uncomfortable. The interaction came across as profiling and was handled poorly. I also reached out via WhatsApp on 10 March (on the same day) and was left on seen with no response, which is unprofessional. Overall, a disappointing experience and not the level of service expected.
