Horrible! Do not rent from this company. They will not refund your full deposit, regardless of how immaculate you leave the rental. We left the rental in better shape than we found it, and they still kept part of our deposit. They are rude and bank on the inexperience of young tenants. They blindly charged us for a filter that not only did we replace it when we moved out, also replaced it when we moved in. I am new to leasing with APM, but every experience I have had has been very pleasant. They're very on top of their work and very patient. This is something that I appreciate a lot considering a lot of leasing companies are not patient and rush you through the process. They let me take my time with my application and I didn't feel like if I didn't sign right then that I would lose my place. They have the cutest dog too. Overall, I have had an amazing experience.

APM is the worst property management company you can rent from. Very rude and unhelpful. They also attempted to take quadruple the amount of money from our security deposit and when we confronted them about it they said it was an "unfortunate mistake". Do not trust them. All they want to do is take your money and they will take more then you owe just to see if they can get away with it. They are just a bunch of crooks and thieves. Garbage company. Wendy was extremely rude and unprofessional to me for no reason, but pleasant to my roommate. They did not come out to fix anything whenever I filled out maintenance requests, but would answer hers in under 24 hours. I never had an issue with anybody else in the office.

I'm going to put this as politely as possible and only state facts. If you want to know the way this company treats its tenants, read the whole story, and make the decision for yourself. I signed a lease with Advantage Properties for the 2016-2017 school year. Two months after moving in, I had a leaky faucet (November 2016).
