APM was amazing to work with. I needed a place quick, and they made it happen. They were patient with all of my questions. They have helped and continue to help me every step of the way
They just try to make money off of you, plain and simple. They don't care about the tenants. The leases are horribly in favor of them and allows them to fine you basically whenever they see fit. My apartment had a leak inside the wall and they fined me and my roommates for the damage because we did not report the leak. How were we supposed to know that there is a leak inside the wall? Under no circumstances should you rent from APM. This company is wildly dishonest, and its business model is taking advantage of college students. Do not, under any circumstances, rent from APM.
If I could give no stars I would. It was a complete disaster from the moment we moved in. The apartment was beyond filthy, blinds broken, carpet grotesque, roaches, mold... the list keeps going. We made sure the apartment was clean but still only received 1/2 our deposit back.
"Unfair, deceptive trade practice" as a civil claim was invented for companies like APM Clemson and its miserable staff. They make a living by exploiting college students with limited resources. If APM existed outside of the college bubble of Clemson, they would doubtlessly be out of business. I have never written a negative review on google, but my experience with APM has left me with no choice.
