After a holiday week and the trash pickup was delayed and I had to work so my trash cans were out until the next day. They decided to send me a letter warning me. Since I didn't write a letter back saying yes mommy and daddy I put the garbage cans away they charged me $50. Must be democrats trying to rip people off. What a horrible home owners association

I'm dealing with them in Riverview MI. The office does not know what they are doing. Telling me I didn't pay January or February rent. I paid them 2 to 3 days early for both even given a signed receipt. They said sometimes the scanner doesn't work. Now they say one of the money orders was insufficient funds any knowledgeable person knows you must pay cash to even get a money order now he has eviction notices and late fees. This is terrible I .get no callbacks from corporate or even able to leave messages.
Vert poor service.
This company is not very good. They are slow to respond to requests and don't always answer your questions. They aren’t helpful when asking for advice or guidance for the Association. They keep the books, and pay the bills, but that’s about it. Our manager doesn’t even answer emails at times. You have to keep after them repeatedly to do things like get repair quotes and then they don't follow up. Very frustrating.
