Bad and very unprofessional experience with owner Darrin (owner). Through my real estate agent an agreement was reached to secure a property Darrin was representing as a property manager. Darrin advised my agent that I was approved and advised I should follow steps financially to attain the property. Darrin took my money, ran my crefit and background check, approved my application ALL with the understanding to move forward and ultimately rented the home to someone else. Do not recommend doing business with this company at all. They are not true to their word, have no honesty and if you are that unlucky to be in business have every word on paper. Caught the guy once inside the property that I was renting, being there without permission!!
