Terrible Company - Stay Away I used American Property Management to manage my rental while out of town for a year. They took 4 months to find a tenant, who ultimately had to be evicted. This company is completely non-responsive. They do not return phone calls and would constantly tell me that their email was not working....very unprofessional. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!! DO YOUR RESEARCH Run from this company as fast as you can they are liars and they will take your money without a care! I own 5 houses here in Boise and they filled them with awful tenants that trashed my home! When I tried to leave and get a new company because of there mis management they took all my deposits and tried to sue me. You are smart not to go with this comany!

Thanks to your post, I will not puruse renting property from APM, Inc. Thanks for posting. Your review was enough of a red flag to stear me away from using APM.
Don't waste your time with American Property management- Bad Reputation This company is scum. I could give a negative rating I would gladly do it without hesitation. They disrespect their tenants and treat them poorly. They are slow to fix problems and do their very best to hide underlying issues associated with the property, ie. leaks, bug infestations, clogs, structural problems. Terrible! Horrible! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Did not return phone calls, did not refund deposit, unprofessional staff, lease contains fine print you may be unaware of. Avoid any of their properties all together. It is a nightmare.
