Reposting this awful experience since it was removed and I want people to be aware of the fact that this issue was NEVER addressed when it occured. I have been coming to this practice since before Dr. Qiu acquired it. The office staff is constantly rotating and are not always pleasant to interact with. Despite this, I have never had any truly frustrating issues until this most recent cleaning. Horrible. The receptionist needs to be a doctor because she’s the only one who explained anything that could be understood. The tech and the doctor rushed me through and I didn’t even get to talk to the doctor about any of my concerns.
