They arrived to clean my air ducts 2 hours late. The worst part was, a few days after they cleaned my air ducts, my furnace wouldn't turn on. When I asked them to come and check it out, they said they couldn't that day. Being that it was less than 30 degrees outside, and my thermostat read 50 degrees, I needed to call someone to come out and fix it pronto.
