The crew worked diligently and cleaned up the area after completion. The company followed up the next day with a phone call to check on status and satisfaction! NBL just replaced a valve on our brand new HVAC system; the original company we hired couldn't figure out why the system kept freezing. The HVAC tech they sent immediately knew the issue (manufacturer's defect) and they got it fixed the next day.
