Contracted NBL for an inspection and maintenance task on my gas heater and air-conditioning. They replaced the filters and cleaned the compressors outside from grass clippings. On further inspection, the plenums were mouldy - a design problem with the insulation inside. Larry and Bruno replaced both plenums, one drip tray which was corroded and completed the insulation that was poorly done on the refrigerant pipework. Thermostat wasn’t working and the house was getting cold. Larry came to my house within 2 hours of my call and trouble shot the problem using the control head of the working thermostat (separate system). Great job.
Highly recommend!!! My HVAC system needed to be checked and needed maintenance. They did everything so fast and professional. Would definitely be using them again.
Dishonest and unprofessional. My unit was working before they came. I'm a tenant, my landlord requested a technician to fix our heater. My unit worked fine before the guy came, he provided a bogus quote stating "the unit didn’t turn on." It did before you got here! The only problem was the heater not kicking on, air was blowing just fine until you came.
