Bruno and his team were very professional, clean, and quick when our A/C broke this summer. They were able to provide us with quick next-day service and we’d be happy recommending to anyone looking for HVAC services.
Outside fan would not start Larry the technician came out found the main problem which led to another problem and to another and another, Larry kept me informed on what was happening and the costs of the repairs, no high pressure on what I should do.
I have worked with NBL Air Conditioning & Heating for a few years now but this time around they really show how dedicated they are to their customers. From the beginning, Bruno took his time to explain the issues with my old system, recommending the parts that need to be replaced, mostly the compressor but also provided alternatives. Excellent service: so friendly, such speedy response and service (within hours), highly efficient and great communication, with no cost to confirm my furnaces are fine!
I needed to have my AC System to be checked and get an estimate for replacing it. I received my technician appointment scheduled on the same date I called. The technician Bruno was very tactful and polite. He gave a full diagnostics and recommendations. His visit was followed up with estimate. It was a pleasant experience and I felt like I was working with professionals.
