The people taking orders don’t listen well at all . Add and substitute are two different things.
Aplos is a great restaurant with a nice atmosphere. I like their pizzas but sometimes they're poorly made. Today it wasn't completely sauced. A portion of it was dry pizza crust. I wish the chef would take time to make them correctly. The food and service is great but I feel like the pizzas can be hit and miss. I guess it depends on who's making them.
