Dr. Apilado is the only dentist I trust for my family. He listens and pays close attention to detail. His work is excellent, his office uses the latest technology and the best lab. I have been to several dentists in El Paso and he is the on that checks all the boxes whether you are looking for short wait times, friendly staff, a root canal, cleaning or restorative work. It used to be a competent trustworthy dental office, now I don't trust them. I have no clue how things started going down, it appears to coincide with the permanent absence of Dr. Apilado. I had a porcelain crown last year, and ever since they did it, it hurts. I've gone FIVE times for them to fix it, and they keep shaving it down saying takes time, to comeback. Now Dr. Tippin wants to do a root canal when I obviously don't need one and the pain started after they did the crown wrong. it's all about the money, He now wants t... read more
