Card are immaculate and the uniformed drivers are both clean and personable. I prepay a 20% gratuity and they never fail to thank me for my generosity. Great staff , Great Chauffeurs and EXCELLENT Service!
I called and received a quote to transport a wedding party. I had to check with the bride before booking it. When I called back to book it I was told that I was quoted wrong by a new staff member. Now the price would be doubled if I wanted to book it. Buyer beware! I do NOT recommend API.
Excellent service. Very professional staff. Great communication skills, friendly with no worries at all. Booked API for our wedding and they took great care of us. Definitely recommend to family and friends!!
