How does a place this bad not get reported to a state oversight board maybe to the DOJ or a local AG will step up and shut down what a joke.. Seriously time to push back somebody in the local or state government needs to step in and question the practices ..It's criminal I am personally surprised this has not been sued or shut down

Reviews are overblown. Guy is a little terse but what can you expect from someone who has to deal with urine for his job. It was relatively timely and easy.

The bald guy who claimed is the owner was very rude from the moment I entered the building. After providing him with my appointment number and two forms of ID he claimed that I was the rude one and refused to take my fingerprints. He told me to find somewhere else to have my fingerprints done. Very narcissistic individual do not go here. I found out there are many other places to schedule for fingerprints that offer great customer service.

This placs employees legitimately go out of their way to screw people over if you have piercings, tattoos, anything not "normal". They put me through the runaround and never told me I needed to retest, I even asked if there was anything else they needed of me, and the white girl with black hair shook her head smirking and said no, I could leave.
