I was originally with Canaforce who was bought out by a.p.i Alarm Inc. My alarm was not connecting with their monitoring system/department since March 2025, only to find this out when I called to question about why when my alarm system went off in early May (but also a few times before) and no one called to confirm if everything is ok (I figured the earlier incidents were because I was able to turn it off quick enough, and that’s why no one called to confirm).
