I have been tryng to call this company for 5 days now and evey extension i choose, no one answers very poor CS, does anyone actually work in this company? i wouldn't even give them a 1 star ..
I moved from another Province to Ontario. I was advised when I cancelled my Smart Home Services there would be a penalty since I had a 3 year contract and 1 year remaining. However, I was advised I would receive a refund of the $250 early cancellation fee since I was installing Bell Home Service in new residence. I was not advised there was a business sale with a.p.i. at the time.
