I have been tryng to call this company. Does anyone work in this company? Today alone I called twice and get Noa who seems to be an AI agent. He transferred me to a voice mail as the support extension 1002 is on the phone. I left my phone number and a brief message. No one called back. After Bell Canada sold it to them, I cannot get through to their customer service and or technical support. My system is off line due to a sabotage of the panel. Avoid This Company at All Costs — Zero Customer Service I’ve been trying to reach API for months since they took over, and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. Today alone I spent 3.5 hours on hold and still couldn’t get anyone to answer. They simply don’t pick up the phone, don’t respond, and don’t care. Their customer service is non-existent. Wish I could give Negative star rating. We also have been affected by the recent transfer from Bell/MTS to a.p.i.. Went to office at 220-3025 Portage Ave. it was in process of being moved out, no forwarding address. Other address at 3657 Robin Blvd. is also not valid. Emailed a termination of service Oct 25, still waiting for reply. Our system was off line due to renovations, told we had 96 hours only. That was 3 weeks ago. Put stop payment on auto withdrawals. Very poor service, or rather no service. Last month I complained, promised me our technician would contact me, but till now, one and a half months later, nobody has shown up. Why Bell have given security services to api?

I do not recommend this company after Bell Canada sold it to them. Cannot get through to their customer service and or technical support. Very disgusting!!

I moved from another Province to Ontario.  I was advised when I cancelled my Smart Home Services there would be a penalty since I had a 3 year contract and 1 year remaining.  However, I was advised I would receive a refund of the $250 early cancellation fee since I was installing Bell Home Service in new residence.  I was not advised there was a business sale with a.p.i. at the time.  The refund is not happening and I am not able to get confirmation from Bell, who advised me that it is up to this new company.  a.p.i. has no ... read more
