The nails were fine however the customer experience was not great. I felt very rushed in picking a colour and felt stressed. I also had my tip for the nail artist in my pocket, it fell out beside my seat and another nail tech took it. When I went looking for it they gave it back to me and I tipped my artist, however I would not describe this as good or trustworthy customer service.
This is an edit to my previous review: my nails chipped after 1 or 2 days, I didn't have time to go back to the spa until the following week at which point they said they don't do repair, that I need a full mani... the pedicure is holding up well though. - I went in and got my nails done and a pedicure, and it was fantastic! Hana and Sophia did such a good job. Thank you :)
