I have been coming to this nail salon for 5 years, but today was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had — and it made me question if I’ll ever return. I booked an appointment and clearly stated I wanted a regular pedicure and one broken nail fixed. They confirmed my time. When I arrived, the person I had the appointment with (Eva) was still busy with another client. Please do yourself a favor and take your money else where. This business does not know how to treat their customers with respect. I feel like every time I go they make a silly little comment which can come off as offensive. I usually go in every two weeks for either a pedicure and manicure. I went in on Thursday for a manicure.
