I have been coming to this nail salon for 5 years, but today was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had — and it made me question if I’ll ever return. I booked an appointment and clearly stated I wanted a regular pedicure and one broken nail fixed. They confirmed my time. When I arrived, the person I had the appointment with (Eva) was still busy with another client.
