We have just remodeled a kitchen in our home we just purchased, I went to Aphrodite Granite & Marble because they could do all I wanted (countertops & backsplash). John was our Sales Rep & he helped us in deciding what we wanted. We went in on a Saturday afternoon & he was at our home on Tuesday to get the layout and quote us a price. What an incredible selection you have to choose from in your showroom. Absolutely gorgeous!
I would not recommend this company. I had an appointment to pick out granite and they were late. Then I took a day off work so I could be there during the 4 hour time window to install the granite and they cut it wrong. Then they said they'd cut and install a new one the following week and they never did. When I called, the manager was unapologetic and simply offered to refund my money. UPDATED 4/29/15! Our experience with Aphrodite has been abysmal. We selected our quartz countertops from their Chesterfield location on March 7th. It was ordered by our contractor shortly after, and Aphrodite came to measure on March 17th. Their representative complained about having to work St. Patrick's Day, and was upset he wasn't partying with his friends!
