This Bundall branch got the worst terrible service. Everyone there not seems to wanna work or help customers. Is that we should get after paying for the parcel delivery? They should have got customer service training.
I have had a great experience every time I have visited this centre and interacted with its staff. Every agent I have dealt with has been professional, helpful, and courteous. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service.
After my partner entered the incorrect address for a parcel, we dealt with Linda at our local post office on Tuesday who spoke with Sarah & Craig at Bundall. I drove down from Brisbane as we needed the parcel for Origin last night (Wednesday) and didn't want to risk express posting it. Craig was so polite and helpful, even putting the parcel in my car so I didn't have to try and juggle that and my toddler. Customer service at it's finest!
Prompt, professional and friendly service both times I’ve had to recently collect parcels. I know the service at post offices can sometimes be hit and miss so thought it appropriate to comment on good service - thanks Ella.
Every time somebody spoke badly of Australia Post, I said that the service wasn’t that bad. However, they have done their best to change my mind. Second time they don’t leave a parcel because according to the post person there was no safe place to leave it. All couriers leave the parcels without any problem, but let’s imagine that the place doesn’t look safe enough to Australia Post.
