Terrible !!! Try to avoid it at all cost . A young lady told me she is a medical assistant who has zero knowledge of what she is doing ! She checked out my son using stethoscope putting on the other side of the heart , I was surprised and asked . She claimed that she is checking on my son's heart beat . I told her the heart is on the other side , Still she said that she could hear the heart beat . Our first visit with Dr. Nguyen was wonderful from the moment we walked in, the gentleman in the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Nguyen and her nurse Sharon both took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. They both made sure my little one felt comfortable throughout the visit.
