I have never encounter a mental health facility that cares more about an apology than the health of the patient. My daughter is 21 and is going through a lot in her life. I've submitted a complaint to the DOH about Julie Nelson. Never have I ever experienced such INCOMPETENCE from a nurse practitioner (Nelson). Excuses ranging from "forgeting" to provide scripts, leaving me with two or three days without medication at all, and prescribing the WRONG dosage. When I brought it up, she used this pandemic to avoid taking accountability, all while saying "we're in this together." The staff are rude and I am now stuck with a doctor who forgets to submit my scripts and whose assistant is rude and lazy. I now need to go through the pains of finding a new doctor
Never, ever, ever come here. After dealing with their cruel, dehumanizing office staff I spent 2 hours on a suicide hotline because they made me feel so worthless. They literally just don't care.
