First and for most the customer service is amazing. They are funny and very good natured. And top it off they don't hassle the customers. Very respectful. If you’re looking for a car this is your place! I mentioned wanting to trade in my car once it was fixed & they said they would take it with the mechanical AND body damage. I was set on getting a Lexus is250 & even though they didn’t have one in their inventory, the owner Aaron called around & brought one up from Tacoma for me! I appreciate the no-nonsense approach to car sales. They were transparent every step of the way and provided an independent "warts-and-all" mechanical survey of the truck we purchased. William and Bill are courteous and engaged. Bill went the extra step of finding financing at better terms than we anticipated.
