Communication is horrible. I submitted a lead to get a quote and when Aubrey reached out she told me the estimator only goes on 3 days out of the week which are the days I work, I still tried to work with them and send them my address & pictures of the areas I wanted work done and outlined the project so they can stop by whenever they can since I wouldn’t be home. I was so happy when Apexx Enterprise built my brick patio a few years ago. When I realized that my retaining walls were beginning to show signs of water damage, there as no doubt that I’d contact Adam. He came the following day to assess the problem and suggest the correct repair. The work was completed efficiently and we have confidence in the quality. It was a pleasure dealing with the office staff—their communication skills are excellent. I highly recommend Apexx Enterprise.
We are delighted with our new stamped concrete patio and front entrance. The 2,400-square-foot project replaced old outdated, worn pavers and resolved annoying drainage issues. From start to finish Adam and his crew worked diligently and efficiently to bring about a great result. APEXX Enterprise really stand behind their work. We had an issue after our driveway was paved and they sent someone out and fixed it no questions asked. I highly recommend them!
Apex was great! Apex was extremely fair with their quote and worth every cent. The team of Audrey and Francisco was amazing. Audrey reached out to me consistently to make sure I was up to date with every single step, to make sure I was happy with everything.
