The agent and broker worked my deal great and did a great job in getting me the house I wanted.
I made the grave mistake of buying a “renovated” house from these scumbags. Everything they touched was done to look good on inspection but wound up breaking in a year. My neighbors informed me that they hired tweakers to dress up the house to make a quick buck, I wouldn’t wish this poor workmanship on an enemy. Avoid buying any house from these people at all cost! They are scammers and horrible people, I couldn’t get any response from them post-sale or from any of their contractors.
I bought my home and Ann from Apex Pro represented me as a buyer. I am amazed by the white glove service that was provided during and after the transaction. We managed to find the home as soon as it was listed, have an offer in the day of the viewing and beat out about 8 other offers. The negotiations were super effective and so was the communication.
