My experience with Apex has been superb. The staff knows what they are doing and left me feeling like my recovery is as important to them as it is for me. I have been treated like a person in need of there help and not like a person causing them an inconvenience because I’m there and they have work (none of that). For me that’s important. Best physical therapy ever. My daughter went to Mercy for months and got no relief. Went to Apex for just a month and a half and was healed in better in no time the technology that they use is better. The innovation that they use is better and she enjoyed the physical therapist way better than at mercy.
I have been going to PT with this team off and on for several years now. They are hands down the best I have had the luck to work with. They are very professional and take all of your concerns seriously. Do not hesitate to make your next PT appointment with the best around! Thanks guys for everything you have done for me!
If I could give more than five stars I would. Apex in Springfield, MO will always be my favorite. Surgery was required for me to ever walk again after an accident. After surgery, this team not only got me walking again, they got me back to almost normal. I was in PT here for a year and half. I kept going, long after insurance stopped covering my visits, because although the Apex team definitely got me to where insurance wanted me to be, better even, I wasn’t yet where I wanted to be. The physical therapists at Apex were very persistent in working with me to refine and focus on the real cause of the pain behind my left knee upon exertion. They then focused on appropriate therapy, stretching and strengthening, and also working with me in using tape and fascia scraping to virtually eliminate the knee pain so I’m able to more comfortably snow ski again. I am very appreciative to Apex for partnering with me to get my 76 year old body back in shape so I can keep doing the things I enjoy doing.
