Both Jason and Brandon were immensely helpful in making the ordering process as smooth as possible for NI Instruments products. I have just finished my order and hope to get the shipment by the end of the week.

We needed spare NI cards for our automation equipment with reasonable pricing and Apex Waves has it at the price point we were looking for. The business transaction was super easy and friendly. We purchased a quantity of 6-pieces and it arrived today. The product packaging tells a lot about the quality practice of a company. Apex Waves' product packaging was excellent (American Quality & Services).
Apex is responding very quickly and correctly. Sometimes the problem is pricing which is very high cause off the supply and demand. I do understand this, but 2-3 times the price is too much. We will continue to do business with them if needed. Paul from CN Rood Netherlands
