We have used Apex for a couple years now and our dog has had multiple surgeries, all with positive outcomes. Dr Michau and team are kind, knowledgeable, professional, and communicative. Discharge instructions are clear and detailed, and they’re so good at handling our pup, who is normally very anxious! When we’ve had emergencies or concerns, I’ve called and always gotten her in immediately or that same day. We really appreciate Apex being there when our girl needs help!!
The team at Apex was absolutely wonderful with treating our golden retriever who got his eye scratched by a cat. Their caring nature, and expertise helped him recover and we could not be more grateful!

Dr. Nuhsbaum has taken care of my Boston terriers for 10 years and Dr. Gearheart for 1 of those years while Dr. Tanja was out. I relocated to CO from Atlanta, GA where I had the best vet ophthalmology care and didn’t think I would ever find that again in a new city but the doctors at this clinic have more than exceeded my expectations and then some!
