In 2009 we decided that we wanted to relocate to Illinois. To do this we reached out to Jim Hodge to see if he would be interested in managing our property if we turned it into a rental. Jim said yes so we went forward with relocating and trusting Jim with our property. Jim was able to find a great tenant through doing background checks on those interested in the property. If you are a property owner run away from this company. APEX is very unprofessional in virtual all aspects of their business, whether selecting tenants, evictions, code violations. You have to contact them muliple times before they respond to you.
