The homeowners in our condominium development are happy with Apex Ventures and have a good, working relationship with Ethan Hodge. Their contract has been renewed for the 2023/24 calendar year.
Truly the worst rental inquiry/application experience I have ever encountered. Good luck getting a response from literally their entire team besides the replies that say “unsubscribe me from this thread” from upper leadership. Brent G***** does not follow up and I’m unsure how they rent out homes for their clients. They accept multiple applications at once so the chances of you wasting $50 on an application fee is high. Brent informed them via email that there was already a previous application being considered BEFORE they submitted their applications. The applicants desire for a response/approval within 24 hours of submitting their applications is not reasonable. Their harassing emails to the entire Apex staff was unwarranted and inappropriate.
Apex Ventures are probably the worst company I've ever encountered. I pay a yearly HOA fee, and that was apparently changed in 2018. For 3 years, I asked for the minutes or legal justification of this fee increase, as I was not at that meeting. After dozens of times asking/begging for these minutes, they were never provided (although they sent me other years, which did not help). I was only able to get the minutes from the collection company to which they sent my account. So, it cost me over $800 to finally obtain minutes th... read more

Apex Ventures charges me a monthly HOA fee that covers mowing the lawn, pool access and maintenance. Given the current circumstances with Covid-19, we do not have access to the pool, but we are still charged the full HOA fee amount. A third of my property is mowed once or sometimes twice a month. They fail to mow my backyard because it is fenced-in. Even though, other properties are mowed thoroughly. I am highly disappointment in Apex Ventures. Mr.**** recently purchase ********************* on April 29, 2020. We do not show any contact from him or his agent prior to this purchase to gain an understanding of how the Home Owners Association operates. Also, he could have discussed HOA amenities with the seller. The ************* HOA Board of Directors (BOD), elected by the owners, sets the policies and rules for the association, not Apex Ventures. Their approach to handling work orders and emergency issues is second to none in the Nashville metro area. As a property owner, Apex Ventures will protect your investment in the most contscienous and cost effective manner possible. I have been renting from Apex Ventures for three years going on four years. They are by far one of the best reality companies I have ever rented from. Jim & Ethan Hodge are very polite, professional and courteous. When we have maintenance issues they are always fixed in a timely manner and the staff is very professional. While living in our home we have only had two issues in which we have had to call maintenance request in. One was the heating & air unit going out and the other was floor work in the bathroom.
