Everything was fine at the beginning. However, once a staff member named Saif Humade became involved, my experience turned very negative. He was not understanding or cooperative, and it felt like he was not listening to what I was saying. Instead of trying to help, he kept insisting that I did not understand the situation. His attitude was unprofessional and made the process much more difficult than it needed to be. Unfortunately, this added a lot of stress, especially since I had been sick for two weeks. VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF
I’ve done 4 studies with Apex Trials and each time it has been a great experience. The staff is wonderful, so kind and professional. Facilities are clean and comfortable. Compensation for completing trials is fair and it is exciting to be part of this kind of research!
