We needed transportation from the airport to home. This was a last minute call and Arsen was happy to help. Service was very professional and high quality. Would definitely recommend and use Apex again. Thank you for your service and a great experience!
Arranged airport transfer, confirmed the night before. The morning of Arsen said he got stuck at a gate entering our neighborhood. He apparently just left upon reaching the gate and has ignored all subsequent calls and texts from 2 different numbers. We just drove to the airport. Whatever his reasoning, it would have been nice if he communicated it with us. I would recommend choosing another transportation company.
