Very informative and helpful. I had several questions that I was uncertain about when choosing a tub and they were able to ease my mind and complete my purchase. Nice tub! Would highly recommend!!!
What a wonderful company with wonderful people!! Our hot water heater was leaking water out of the bottom and they got us fixed up with a new one!! What a relief to have such a bad situation turn out to be A-okay because of APEX water company!! Can't recommend them enough for all your water supply needs. 🙌
Courteous and very helpful
I've been here a few times and won't be back. The workers are friendly, but they never had the plumbing part I needed and have recommended that I go somewhere else in town to look for my part (i.e. to a hardware store). APEX would not even try to order the part. It's sad when a plumbing supply store does not stock plumbing parts. Johnson-Burks Plumbing Supply didn't have it either, but at least they were willing to order it for me (if Swaim Hardware did not stock).
