horrible customer service with recent updates: I agree that they have a great collection. Customer service sucks. We ordered a bidet, it arrived overnight and we were not told that it would not include the hose and hook. It just came with...nothing. We tried to contact Natalia, the only approachable human being in the store...but she never picks up her phone. Will only shop online next time. Price? We have been doing business with Apex for several years and have had the pleasure of making friends there like (Dewaine, Craig and Hellen). I highly recommend if you need any plumbing supplies to go see them and not only will they sell you what you need they are very knowledgeable about the products they have!
Great place to get plumbing fixtures I've used Apex to purchase new bathroom and kitchen fixtures. They have a wonderful showroom with many, many selections to choose from. Natasha is the easiest person to work with and gives you wonderful customer service. Our orders arrived quickly, and I have recommended Apex to many of our friends and family.
