I've used this storage facility since 2014 because we are a military family and move a lot so sometimes we need long term storage. So I picked apex since its my hometown and my family is there. WELL I emptied out my unit in July 2023 and let me tell you.... YOU CANNOT GET YOUR MONEY REFUNDED FOR THEIR ERROR. I vacated my unit and properly notified them, front desk lady said it was closed; all good right...NO.
