Admittedly I’m an easy customer, but I had a fantastic buying experience at Apex, from walking in with a fairly vague idea of what I was looking for to eventually leaving with a new bike. Chris was a great salesman to work with.

I am a Former GM in the motorsports industry. I was in Colorado from Indiana riding single track. We had an bottom end issue and Apex worked with us to track down and over night the part saving our trip. I am not a regular customer but was treated extremely well by the parts department.
I went in for a helmet, jacket and gloves today. Erik was phenomenal! He took his time and measured me, talking to me about proper fitment on the helmet. We went through a number of jackets and tried on a ton of gloves. He was very knowledgeable about each product and made suggestions I wouldn’t have even thought of. I had a WONDERFUL experience today and there was zero pressure, he kept my budget in mind the whole way. Great job and a special thanks to Erik.
Top notch service, as a female it’s always challenging to find a shop to work on anything without thinking in the back of my mind that they’ll try to pull one over on me simply because I’m a girl. 5 stars earned every bit here. Completely honest work every step of the way and amazing customer service!
My first time here and I have to say that each and every person I dealt with here today has been very professional and helpful. No pressure, while advising recommendations. This is how a great power sports store should be like. Also a nice selection of motorcycles here, including some nice 3 wheel ones for those looking.
Just bought my sons first dirt bike and my wifes first dirt bike. Absolutely amazing service. Randy was our sales guy and helped us get exactly what we wanted. Will definitely go back to get my next bike.
