They are informative, efficient and worked with our insurance. They have worked with 3 of my children and we have had a positive experience each time.
The staff were very polite and kind. I was a little nervous about having my wisdom teeth removed, but the doctor greeted me warmly and reassured me, which helped me feel much more confident. Thank the Lord they accept state Medicaid insurance here, found them only after looking at 60 other dentists in the Spokane area! The staff are wonderful here! They wasted no time & were proactive in getting the needed pre-authorization paperwork/request for general anesthesia sent into Medicaid for approval, which was expedited & approved in record time! (I was in severe pain from multiple broken teeth, unable 2 eat on either side anymore lol so i greatly appreciated this!) Was surprised they didn't even make me take out m... read more
My experience was great the front desk staff were humorous and great customer service the dentist doctor and anesthesiologist was supportive of my anxiety and comforting and straightforward which made it easy for me to get my dental work done apex sleep dentistry deserves a nicer building
They were very efficient and fast they have such a nice waiting room The dentist were very polit same with everyone else on their long list of team I was very grateful to have gotten the tooth that needed to be removed. Removed and also them getting a referral to my insurance so that I could be put to sleep while they did it
